Juicing is Healthy

In today's world of fast pace, busy schedules getting the right nutrients can be difficult. Appropriate nutrients are needed to keep our bodies healthy. Improper amounts of nutrients put us at increased risk of illness and disease. The increase in illness and disease causes increased absences in the workplace, and more illness causes higher healthcare costs.

Juicing raw fruits and vegetables gives you a fruit or vegetable drink that is 100% natural, with no additives.  When juicing your fruits and vegetables the body absorbs the nutrients at a faster rate than in the raw form of the same fruits and vegetables.

Some of the nutrients that are found in fruits and vegetables are enzymes. Enzymes convert foods into body tissue, nerve tissues and energy. Enzymes are needed for metabolism to take place. Another nutrient that is found in fruits and vegetables is pyhtochemicals that fight disease and prevent DNA damage. Antioxidants which are found in carrots protect your cell membranes from the free radicals that cause cancer.  These antioxidants are beta carotene, and Vitamins C and E.
