It's never too late to start a life of healthy eating. The time is now! The ever popular "organic" food is one of the most healthy foods found on the market. It's a great time of year to take advantage of the "Farmers Market". There are plenty varieties of great organic vegetables and fruits to choose from. This is also a great time of year to plant your own fresh vegetable garden. Use those healthy foods to prepare favorite recipes. Here's a great Chinese stir fry recipe; sure to please the whole family.

2 tablespoons of sunflower oil,(8oz) Minute steak cut into 1 inch strips, 1 clove of garlic, (finely chopped), 2 Carrots, (shredded), 1 Onion, (finely chopped), 1 Packet of Bean Sprouts, 3 tablespoon Light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Pure sesame Oil, and 250g Egg noodles, cooked and drained.
Cook the noodles as per instructions on packet. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the beef and stir fry for 4 minutes, until almost cooked. Add the garlic, onion, carrot, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the Bean Sprouts, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, noodles, and mix
well. Heat through and serve.
This makes 3 to 4 servings.
Top it off with some fresh fruit from the Farmers Market to prepare your favorite recipe using the fresh "organic" fruit. Or just make a great mixed fruit bowl and enjoy the wonderful flavors of fresh fruit.
